We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated
Apprentice Engineers
to join our
Lifecycle Management (LCM) Team
as part of a 24-month apprenticeship program.
This role is intended for recent graduates in
Computer Science, Information Science or related disciplines
who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in software development, medical device lifecycle management, device testing, and platform sustainment activities.
The apprentice will work closely with experienced engineers and gain exposure to the end-to-end lifecycle of regulated medical devices, including software maintenance, platform upgrades, operating system patching, testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Support software development, maintenance, and lifecycle management activities for medical device products.
Assist in implementing, validating, and verifying software changes and enhancements.
Participate in functional, integration testing of medical devices and associated software applications.
Support operating system upgrade and patch validation activities.
Assist in root cause investigation, defect analysis, and troubleshooting activities.
Create and maintain technical documentation, test reports, and engineering records.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to software quality, reliability, and maintainability.
Support automation and productivity improvement efforts where applicable.

Defect management and issue-tracking processes
Emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence applications in engineering workflows
