We are seeking an experienced and agile Head – Civil Engineering to lead our construction operations, ensuring timely project execution, superior quality, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of multiple residential and commercial construction projects.
Develop project execution strategies to ensure timely delivery within approved budgets and quality standards.
Manage project teams, including Project Managers, Site Engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
Review and approve project schedules, construction methodologies, BOQs, budgets, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings,



IS codes, statutory regulations, and safety standards.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures to maintain timelines.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and management for seamless project execution.
Review contractor bills, work measurements, procurement plans, and material utilization.
Drive quality assurance (QA/QC), productivity, and operational excellence across all project sites.
Prepare MIS reports and provide regular project updates to senior management.
Mentor and develop engineering teams while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
Master's Degree (M.E./M.Tech.) in Civil Engineering is preferred.
10–15 years of experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise buildi
