Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Commis II – Pantry / South Indian to join our kitchen team at our Multicuisine Fine Dining Restaurant. . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing South Indian dishes and pantry items while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare South Indian breakfast items such as dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, upma, and related accompaniments.
Assist in preparing sandwiches, salads, cold dishes, and other pantry items.
Ensure food is prepared and presented according to company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and kitchen equipment.
Follow food safety and HACCP guidelines at all times.
Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of ingredient requirements.
Minimize food wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.




Work efficiently with the kitchen team during service hours.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Pantry and South Indian cuisine.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen workplace.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
