Role: AEM Tech Lead

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced AEM Tech Lead to define, govern, and drive the technical architecture of AEM-based solutions. This role involves leading development teams, ensuring scalable and high-performance implementations, and enforcing best practices across projects.

Key Responsibilities
Define AEM architecture including setup, templates, and reusable components
Design and implement integrations with APIs, search platforms, and third-party systems
Establish and manage caching strategies using Dispatcher and CDN
Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring code quality through reviews and best practices
Drive delivery of complex AEM projects with focus on timelines and quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and SEO best practices

Job Specification (JS)
8–12 years of relevant experience in AEM development
Strong hands-on experience with AEM Sites, Assets, Templates, Components,



and Style System
Expertise in Sling, OSGi, JCR, and Apache Felix
Solid proficiency in Java and backend/system design principles
Experience in designing and implementing AEM Headless solutions using GraphQL and Content Fragments
Experience with CI/CD tools including Cloud Manager, Git, and Maven
Strong understanding of caching strategies using Dispatcher and CDN
Experience in performance optimization, SEO best practices, and CDN (Akamai preferred)
Experience in leading teams, mentoring developers, and conducting code reviews

Additional / Valuable to Have:
Exposure to enterprise integrations and search platforms
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Knowledge of security best practices in AEM applications

Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
