Role & responsibilities
Master Production Scheduling: Drawing up agile shift schedules and timelines to fulfill client orders on time
Bottleneck Mitigation: Identifying mechanical or logistical delays on the manufacturing floor and reorganizing lines to maintain constant speed.
Talent Development: Interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and tracking the productivity of technicians and floor workers.
Shifts Coordination: Managing complex labor setups, cross-training staff, and reviewing overtime limits to balance worker safety and plant output

Preferred candidate profile
Operations Management: Deep knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Industrial Management.
Proven Track Record: 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or plant setting.
Decisive Leadership: Ability to lead large teams and make high-stakes decisions under pressure.
