About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-driven Recruitment Interns who are passionate about Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle and offers an prospect to secure a full-time role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.




Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
Support HR team with recruitment-related documentation and reporting.

Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM (HR or related specialization preferred).
2026 Batch or Final-Year MBA/PGDM students.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal and organizational abilities.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace is an added advantage.
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
