Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in recruitment and demonstrate stability, with
at least 3 years of continuous experience in a single organization

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic positions.
Hire
Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors, School Teachers, Administrative Staff, and Leadership roles
.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and skilled networks.
Coordinate interviews with department heads and senior management.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare recruitment reports and monitor hiring metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum
4–8 years of recruitment experience

preferably in the
education sector
(Schools, Colleges, Universities, or Management Institutes).
Must have
at least 3 years of continuous tenure in one organization
, demonstrating stability and commitment.
Passionate about talent acquisition and building high-performing academic teams.
Experience hiring
Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors, School Teachers, and Leadership positions
.
Strong interviewing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Familiarity with ATS, job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), and social recruiting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.

Preferred Experience:
Recruitment for Management Institutes, Universities, Management institute .
Robust network within the academic community.
