Position: Telecaller Executive

Job Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate travel package enquiries.
Explain domestic and international tour packages, visa services, flight bookings, and holiday offers to customers.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages.
Follow up with customers regularly and convert enquiries into bookings.
Maintain customer details and follow-up status in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth customer handling.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
Requirements:
Valuable communication skills in English and Tamil (additional languages are an advantage).
Pleasant voice and confidence while speaking with customers.
Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, and MS Office.
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
Candidates with travel industry experience will be preferred.
