Job Description – VP/SVP Marketing (B2B)

• 12+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.

• Experience in nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, specialty ingredients, healthcare, or life sciences.

• Develop and execute the overall B2B marketing strategy to strengthen brand positioning and drive lead generation.

• Lead digital marketing, demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), content marketing, and CRM initiatives.

• Build thought leadership through technical content, white papers, case studies, webinars, and industry events.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, R&D;, and Regulatory teams to create compelling, science-backed marketing campaigns.

• Manage branding, trade shows, PR, marketing budgets, external agencies, and marketing operations.

• Lead and mentor the marketing team while driving measurable business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

• Solid expertise in lead generation, digital marketing, ABM, CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), content strategy, and branding.

• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management,



and strategic planning skills.
