Finance Executive & EA to MD
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Administration Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with up to 1 year of experience in finance or accounting, as well as fresh graduates with an outstanding academic record. The position offers an excellent opportunity to build a robust foundation in finance while gaining exposure to hedge fund operations, financial analysis, investment reporting, and business administration.

This role follows a hybrid work model, providing flexibility while maintaining strong collaboration and engagement with the team.

Key Responsibilities

Finance
Support hedge fund operations, including trade reconciliation, performance monitoring, and investment reporting.
Prepare dashboards and reports to track trading performance, portfolio metrics, and investment returns.
Work with investment and trading data to support financial analysis and decision-making.
Prepare invoices, payment records, and expense reports.
Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.




Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Ensure compliance with internal financial processes and documentation standards.

Administration
Maintain organized physical and digital records.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office documentation.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com preferred), Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
Up to 1 year of experience in finance or accounting. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Robust academic record with consistently high grades in school and college, particularly in Mathematics.
