Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across various industries.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process until onboarding.
Meet hiring targets while maintaining quality of hires.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing techniques.
Solid screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
