We are looking for passionate and creative specialists to join our energetic team in the Marketing & Communications department.

Role & responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy
Develop and implement annual marketing and communication plans aligned with business objectives.
Create promotional campaigns to drive room occupancy, F&B; revenue, weddings, banquets, spa, and other hotel outlets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and guest preferences.

Digital Marketing
Manage the hotel's website and ensure content is current and optimized.
Plan and execute digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Public Relations
Build relationships with media houses, influencers, travel writers, and corporate partners.

Brand Management
Ensure all communication adheres to brand guidelines.
Maintain consistency across printed materials, digital platforms, and promotional collateral.
Coordinate with designers, agencies, photographers,



and printers.

Event Marketing
Promote hotel events, festive promotions, food festivals, and corporate events.
Work closely with F&B;, Sales, Banquets, and Operations for promotional activities.

Content Creation
Develop marketing content, including brochures, flyers, presentations, newsletters, blogs, and promotional videos.

Revenue Support
Work closely with Revenue Management and Sales to promote seasonal offers.
Support business generation through targeted campaigns.
Measure the ROI of marketing initiatives.

Budget Management
Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget.
Monitor expenses and vendor payments.
Negotiate with advertising agencies and suppliers.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Mass Communication, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
An MBA in Marketing is preferred.

Experience
5 to 8 years of experience in Marketing Communications
