About the Role

G3 Interactive is looking for a talented AI Developer to join our team in Kochi. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications that solve real-world business problems. You will work with Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to build intelligent, scalable, and production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions.
Build and integrate applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models.
Develop and optimise Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for AI applications.
Fine-tune and evaluate AI models to improve accuracy and performance.
Develop AI APIs and integrate them with web and mobile applications.
Work with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search technologies.




Process and analyse structured and unstructured datasets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise deployed AI applications.
Stay updated with the latest AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in AI Development or Machine Learning (Mandatory).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
Solid programming skills in Python.
Experience with OpenAI API, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and Generative AI applications.
Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar ML frameworks.
Knowledge of REST APIs and backend development.
Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Ch
