• Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent.

Recruitment: Manage hiring across multiple functions and levels.

Interviewing: Conduct structured interviews and assess candidate fit.

Sourcing: Utilize job portals, social media, and networking to identify talent.

Salary Negotiation: Handle compensation discussions and ensure competitive offers.

Job Description Drafting: Prepare explicit, engaging, and role-specific job descriptions.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR recruitment.

Robust knowledge of sourcing channels and recruitment tools.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.

Qualification:
• MBA / PGDM (Human Resource)

Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
