Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
Develop new and cutting-edge drink menus based on market trends.
Ensure consistency in beverage quality, taste, and presentation.
Maintain bar cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Monitor bar inventory and minimize wastage.
Assist in ordering and stock control of bar supplies.
Provide excellent customer service and recommend beverages to guests.
Train bar staff on recipes, techniques, and service standards.
Ensure compliance with liquor laws and responsible alcohol service.
Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager and Bar Team for smooth operations.
