Requirements
15+ years in software/digital delivery, with 8+ years in delivery leadership and a proven track record of managing a portfolio or practice rather than single projects
Demonstrated P&L; ownership with experience carrying revenue and margin for a book of business, including measurable improvements
Proven ability to scale and lead delivery managers and multi-disciplinary teams across geographies
Deep technical development background in web platforms, mobile, e-commerce, and content/experience platforms (CMS, DXP), with ideally composable or headless architectures
Executive presence capable of engaging credibly with client CXOs,



owning relationships and difficult commercial conversations
Strong commercial and operational judgment to read portfolio health from metrics and act proactively
A clear point of view on up-to-date delivery including agile at scale, context-adapted methodologies, and AI-assisted delivery as a practical lever

Responsibilities
Own delivery across a portfolio of digital engagements including outcomes, financials, quality, and client health holistically
Carry the P&L; for your portfolio covering revenue, margin, utilization, and forecast accuracy while managing the underlying levers
Lead and grow a team of delivery managers by setting the bar, coaching, and intervening on off-track engagements
Own executive client relationships as the trusted contact for client stakeholders during critical moments and for difficult commercial conversations before escalations
