HR Recruiter – Job Responsibilities
Understand the hiring requirements from the manager.
Search for candidates through job portals, social media, and the company database.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
Build positive relationships with candidates and provide a positive recruitment experience.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
