About the Role

iEngineering India (part of the iEngineering Australia group) is engaged on a landmark, large-scale data center construction programme in Maharashtra, India, for a major global critical-infrastructure client. As the programme moves from planning into delivery, we are building out our project leadership team.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of a major data center construction project in Maharashtra, managing the project from early-stage planning and statutory approvals through to full construction execution.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for a large-scale data center development: planning, statutory approvals, design coordination, procurement interface, construction execution, and handover.
Lead engagement with power,



water, environmental, fire, and planning authorities to secure and track all required approvals and NOCs.
Develop and maintain the project schedule, budget, and resourcing plan; manage critical path risks.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors (civil, electrical, mechanical, ELV/ICT fit-out) on site.
Manage HSE compliance and quality standards appropriate to a mission-critical facility.
Act as primary point of contact for client stakeholders, providing regular progress, risk, and forecast reporting.
Work closely with the Commercial Manager on variations, claims, and contractual matters affecting programme or cost.

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
10–20 years' project management experience, ideally including data center, mission-critical facilities, or comparable large industrial/infrastructure projects.
