Proficient in Application Lifecycle Management (deployment, upgrades, patching, and retirement).
Strong experience with macOS Update Management and security patch deployment.
Hands-on experience creating and managing Jamf Policies, Smart Groups and Configuration Profiles.
Knowledge of Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Automated Device Enrollment (ADE).
Experience with software packaging, testing, validation and phased deployment strategies.
Proficiency in Bash/Shell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
Robust understanding of macOS security, compliance and endpoint management best practices.
Experience managing Wi-Fi, VPN, certificates, restrictions and security configurations through MDM profiles.
Ability to troubleshoot device enrollment, application deployment and policy-related issues.
Experience generating compliance, inventory and patch management reports.
