Role & responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team every day.
Take daily updates from the sales team.
Talk to customers and solve their problems.
Follow up on customer orders and make sure they are delivered on time.
Keep track of pending payments.
Update sales reports and customer records.
Help the sales team find current customers and grow sales.
Support the team with day-to-day sales work.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum Qualification- Graduate
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
Positive communication skills.
Must know Bengali fluently
Responsible and hardworking.
Positive at talking to customers and coordinating with the sales team.
Able to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
