The
Territory Manager –Used2-Wheeler Loans
is responsible for sourcing and managing loan business through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), Direct Sales Teams (DSTs), and existing channel partners. The role focuses on building a high-quality loan portfolio while ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines. The role holder is expected to lead a team, maintain robust market relationships, and drive business growth in a sales-supportive yet risk-conscious manner, contributing to the broader objectives of the bank’s retail lending business.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Source and manage business through DSAs, DSTs, and other market channels.
Acquire current customers and ensure consistent loan disbursement volumes.
Maintain a high-quality loan portfolio by minimizing delinquencies and rejections.
Monitor and guide channel partners to ensure alignment with business goals.
Stay updated on retail asset products, operational processes, and market trends.
Identify evolving market dynamics and develop strategies for channel development and customer acquisition.
Ensure adherence to all internal policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
Secondary Responsibilities
Recommend improvements to sales processes and credit policies to enhance operational efficiency and customer service quality.
Foster collaboration across departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
To improve the sourcing from the strategic alliances and direct channels.
What We Are Looking For
Education
Graduate in any discipline.
Postgraduate qualification (MBA/PGDM) is preferred.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in retail lending, preferably in Used b2-wheeler loans or similar asset-based financing.
Skills and Attributes
Robust understanding of retail lending products and credit operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential
