Qualification & Experience
II PU required; Graduation preferred.
Austswim TSW certification.
Valid First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.
B. Competencies
Strong swimming skills and fitness.
Ability to plan and deliver swim lessons.
Effective communication with swimmers, parents, and staff.
Valuable knowledge of aquatic safety and teaching techniques.
Ability to create a fun and engaging learning workplace.
C. Key Responsibilities
Deliver lessons as per Austswim standards and lesson plans.
Ensure swimmer safety at all times.
Foster a positive learning workplace.
Maintain effective communication, punctuality, professionalism, and hygiene.
Support during emergencies and perform additional duties as assigned.
