Responsibilities
Lead the QA team and mentor test engineers.
Define and implement QA processes and testing strategies.




Create test plans, test cases, and test execution schedules. Leverage AI-powered QA tools to improve

test planning, test case generation, defect analysis, regression testing, and overall testing efficiency.
Coordinate manual and automated testing efforts. Evaluate, adopt, and promote AI-assisted testing

practices to accelerate release cycles while maintaining high product quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify prospects where AI can enhance test

automation, quality analytics, and risk-based testing.
Manage defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution.
Ensure product quality across functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing.
Drive continuous improvement by incorporating AI-driven insights into QA processes and mentoring the

team on emerging AI-enabled testing capabilities.
