We are looking for a Telecaller / Appointment Setter who is comfortable with repetitive calling work and is motivated by performance-based earnings. This is not a sales role, but requires robust communication skills to connect with potential clients and fix meetings.
Responsibilities
Call 20–30 potential clients daily
Work in intervals of 2–3 hours per day
Explain the basic purpose of the call clearly
Fix meetings for the core team with interested clients
Maintain basic call records and follow-ups
Requirements
Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
Comfortable with repetitive calling work
Qualified and polite phone etiquette
Consistent and disciplined work approach
