Role Description:
The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations at
Isha Vidhya Vanavasi & Isha Vidhya Dharmapuri schools
,The role includes maintenance of employee records, recruitment processes, onboarding, coordinating induction programs, implementing and communicating HR policies, assisting with performance management processes, and conducting training and development initiatives for teaching and non-teaching staff.

The Human Resources Officer will also handle employee relations matters,



address workplace concerns in a fair and confidential manner, and help ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and statutory requirements.

Additional responsibilities include developing and updating job descriptions, supporting payroll and attendance processes and preparing HR reports for management.

This is a full time, in office role based out at Vanavasi( Salem) or Samichettipatti ( Dharmapuri).

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

MBA HR with min 2 yrs experience and a max 5 yrs experience

Ideal Location:
