Inventory & Stock Control
Assist in conducting daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts.
Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory records are maintained.
Verify goods received against purchase orders and supplier invoices.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure proper storage and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
Coordination
Work closely with Kitchen, Stores, Purchasing, Finance, and F&B; Operations teams.
Assist department heads in controlling food and beverage costs.
Participate in periodic stock reconciliation and operational meetings.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
