We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Officer to join our team at our paripally office. The ideal candidate should be confident in meeting clients, generating leads, building robust relationships, and achieving business growth targets.

Responsibilities

* Identify and generate new business opportunities.

* Meet potential clients and present company services.

* Build and maintain solid client relationships.

* Follow up on leads and convert them into customers.

* Prepare business proposals and quotations.

* Coordinate with the marketing team to generate quality leads.

* Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree preferred.





* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Previous experience in sales or business development is an advantage.

* Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
