Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Lead QA Engineer with solid expertise in Loan Management Systems (LMS). The role requires deep functional understanding of the end-to-end lending lifecycle, along with hands-on experience in test automation and AI-driven testing approaches.

The ideal candidate will contribute to delivering high-quality, scalable, and compliant lending products, ensuring robust validation of complex financial workflows and integrations.

Key Responsibilities
Functional Testing (Core Focus)
Perform end-to-end testing of Loan Management System workflows, including:
Loan origination to servicing lifecycle
Underwriting (Business Loans, Retail Loans, SCF, Term Loans)
KYC/KYB and third-party integrations
Disbursement (single & tranche-based)
Repayment schedules & amortization validation
Payment ecosystem (manual + automated)
Payment apportionment logic




Accounting & ledger validation
Foreclosure and pre-closure processing
Interest in computation and recalculation scenarios
NPA classification and handling
Regulatory and compliance validation
Test Design & Execution
Analyze BRDs, FSDs, user stories and convert them into detailed test scenarios
Executive: Functional testing, Integration testing, Regression testing, UAT support
Validate complex financial calculations and workflows
Defect & Quality Management
Log and track defects in Jira
Drive defects to closure with proper RCA
Participate in triage discussions and release readiness
Automation & CI/CD
Develop and maintain automation scripts using:
Playwright / Selenium
API automation frameworks
Integrate tests with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins preferred)
Focus on regression suite optimization and faster releases
AI-Driven Testing (Differentiator)
Use AI tools for:
Test case generation
