Job Overview
Sayansh Infratech Projects Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Architect / Senior Architect to work on residential, hospitality, and infrastructure projects. The role involves architectural planning, design development, technical drawings, site coordination, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and working drawings.
Develop project concepts and design presentations.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with project standards.
Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and timelines.
Requirements
B.Arch degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.
Revit/3DS Max is an added advantage.
Strong portfolio is mandatory.
Experience in residential, hospitality, villas, or luxury housing projects is preferred.
Jaipur-based candidates preferred.
