RoyalStuffs.com is a premium Indian lifestyle and heritage brand specializing in handcrafted brass, copper, bronze, kansa products. We are looking for a Finance & Business Analyst who can manage financial reporting, accounting, business analysis and support strategic decision-making.

Role & responsibilities
Prepare Daily Sales Reports (Shopify, B2B, Offline & Marketplace Sales)
Maintain Daily Cash Position Reports
Track Accounts Receivable and follow up on collections
Track Accounts Payable and vendor payments
Record and categorize all business expenses
Monitor inventory performance and stock movement
Prepare Product-wise and Order-wise Profitability Reports
Prepare Weekly Founder Dashboard and MIS Reports
Budget vs Actual Analysis
Prepare Monthly Profit & Loss Statement
Prepare Cash Flow Statement and Balance Sheet Reports
Pricing and Profitability Analysis
Support business planning and financial forecasting
Identify financial risks and improvement opportunities




Build reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
1 to 4 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting and MIS Reporting
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills
Experience with Tally Prime or Zoho Books
Knowledge of Power BI or Looker Studio is preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Positive communication and reporting skills
Experience in E-commerce or Retail industry will be an added advantage
