Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven
Business Development Executive
who can generate business prospects, convert leads into clients, and support day-to-day business operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, negotiating, and contributing directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development
Reach out to colleges, educational institutions, and corporate clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.




Generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach.
Convert qualified leads into successful partnerships and business.
Conduct follow-ups and maintain solid relationships with prospects.
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations.
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
Maintain an updated CRM/database of leads and opportunities.
Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.

Operations Support
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of training programs.
Track proposals, agreements, and client onboarding.
Prepare reports on lead generation, conversions, and sales performance.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives.
Ensure excellent client experience throughout the engagement.

Required Experience
6 months to 1 year
of experience in Business Development, Sales, Customer Outreach, or Lead Generation.
