We are seeking an experienced and energetic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, managing customer relationships, leading the sales team, and executing marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze market trends.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records using CRM tools.




Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and industry conferences.
Track competitor activities and recommend strategies to strengthen market presence.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 35 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Robust leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience with CRM software and MS Office.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business strategies.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities, if required.
