Job Title: Sales Associate (Fresher)
Location: Vile Parle East, Mumbai
Working Model: 80% Field, 20% Office

Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Identify and generate recent corporate accounts, event bookings, and room reservations for the hotel.
Field Visits (80%): Travel to business parks, corporate offices, and local organizations across Mumbai to pitch hotel services and banquet facilities.
Office Administration (20%): Maintain sales databases, draft proposals, follow up on leads, and prepare reports.
Relationship Management: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and client retention.
Market Awareness: Keep up-to-date with local competitors and market trends in the hospitality sector.

Requirements
Education: Fresh graduate (any stream). Hotel Management or Business/Marketing degree is a plus.
Communication:



Very fluent English communication is absolutely mandatory (both verbal and written).
Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Personality: Confident, proactive, and willing to travel/hustle in the field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
