Senior Cost & Estimation Engineer (8–10 years)

Looking for someone who can independently lead:
Quantity take‑offs & BOQs for office interiors and modular furniture
Rate analysis across joinery, partitions, flooring, finishes, and custom furniture
Vendor costing, quotation comparison & commercial bid analysis
Tender submissions, techno‑commercial proposals & value‑engineering options
Budgeting, cost plans & monitoring estimated vs. actual project costs
Ideal profile:
8–10 years in commercial interior fit‑outs, solid AutoCAD + Excel skills, deep understanding of materials/market rates, and the ability to manage multiple bids with accuracy and speed.
