Educational & Qualified Requirements:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Masters in Business Administration is preferred.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Core Banking implementation and digital banking transformation projects.
Hands-on experience with Intellect Core Banking Solutions (eMACH.ai / Intellect Digital Core / iCBS) is mandatory.
Solid understanding of Corporate Banking, CASA, Deposits, Lending, Trade Finance, Treasury, Payments, and General Ledger.
Experience in banking product configuration, parameterization, and implementation lifecycle.
Strong knowledge of API integration, REST, SOAP, Microservices, Middleware, ESB, XML, and JSON.
Experience with SQL, Oracle/PostgreSQL databases, and Unix/Linux environments.
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and release management practices.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Robust communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing consulting experience.
