Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify potential residential customers for rooftop solar installations.
Conduct field visits and customer meetings to explain solar products and solutions.
Present quotations, subsidy details, and financing options to customers.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales.
Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys and project execution.
Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales (solar industry experience preferred).
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
Basic knowledge of rooftop solar systems and government subsidies is an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
