Roles & responsibilities :
Import/Export Documentation, Commodity Codes & Duty structure , Forex payment terms & methods
Coordinate with Suppliers and freight Forwarders to manage the import of raw materials , components, and equipment
Evaluate import duties and taxes, applying any applicable exemptions of free trade agreements(FTAs)
Coordinate with international customers and logistics providers to manage the export of medical devices.
.prepare and manage export documents such as invoices , Shipping
bills, Export licenses, and airway bills.
Ensure Compliance with destination country regulations, including labelling , packaging , and product certifications .
handle export incentives, such as duty drawbacks or refunds, in compliance with applicable schemes.
stay updated on Indian Customs laws, DGFT(Directorate General of foreign Trade)policies, and international trade regulations
Ensure Compliance with medical device export /import requirements, including ISO 13485and Indian MDR standards.
