Responsibilities:
Will be involved in Cash Flow Management
Evaluate and structure deals including outright purchase, JDA, JV, and other models.
Prepare and analyze financial models to assess project feasibility, profitability, and investment viability.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders lawyers, architects, and consultants to facilitate due diligence (technical, financial, legal) for deal closure.
Oversee cash flow management by tracking budget vs. actual costs, highlight variances, and recommending corrective action.
Maintain robust relationships with consultants, brokers, and developers to ensure a continuous pipeline of prospects
