Position: Office Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling office administration, financial coordination, and day-to-day operational activities while ensuring smooth workflow across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records.
Coordinate with accountants for GST, TDS, tax compliance, and other statutory requirements.
Assist in sales planning, order tracking, and customer coordination.
Prepare and monitor cash flow statements and budget plans.
Handle banking activities, vendor payments, invoices, receipts, and financial transactions.
Track office expenses and maintain proper documentation.
Monitor the progress of ongoing work across different teams and follow up to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS as required by management.




Maintain office records and ensure efficient administrative operations.

Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Familiarity with GST, TDS, and basic tax compliance.
Understanding of budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with accounting software (such as Tally or Zoho Books) will be an added advantage.
