Key Responsibilities
Lead Management: Call and manage high-volume daily bulk leads.
Sales Conversion: Pitch event services and maintain a solid conversion rate.
Follow-ups: Maintain data and follow up with potential clients to close deals.
Requirements
Languages: Fluent in Bengali & Hindi (Mandatory); Basic English.
Skills: Robust convincing power, persistence, and target-driven mindset.
Experience: Prior telecalling/sales experience is preferred (Freshers with great communication can apply).

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 / month
Location: Kalighat, Kolkata (On-site / Office-based)
