Role & responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Vehicle Reception
Greet customers and understand vehicle-related concerns.
Conduct vehicle walkarounds and identify repair or maintenance requirements.
Explain service processes, timelines, and estimated costs to customers.

Job Card Preparation
Prepare accurate job cards and record customer complaints.
Ensure all vehicle details and service requirements are documented correctly.
Obtain customer approval for repair estimates and additional work.

Workshop Coordination
Coordinate with technicians and workshop supervisors for repair execution.
Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of jobs.
Communicate repair status and updates to customers.

Service Sales & Revenue Generation
Promote preventive maintenance, periodic services, genuine spare parts, accessories, AMC packages, and value-added services.
Identify prospects for upselling and cross-selling dealership services.
Achieve service revenue and customer retention targets.

Customer Relationship Management




Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the service process.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Vehicle Delivery Management
Verify completed work before vehicle delivery.
Explain repairs carried out, service recommendations, and invoices to customers.
Ensure smooth and timely vehicle handover.

Documentation & Compliance
Maintain service records and customer history.
Ensure adherence to dealership and Mahindra service standards.
Complete all required documentation and reporting accurately.

Follow-Up & Customer Retention
Conduct post-service follow-ups to collect customer feedback.
Encourage service reminders, repeat visits, and long-term customer relationships.
Support CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) improvement initiatives.
