Job description Service Engineer

Aspire INC is seeking a agile and technically skilled Service Engineer to handle installation, maintenance, and servicing of laboratory and industrial instruments. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring equipment performance, customer satisfaction, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Installation, commissioning, and demonstration of instruments at customer sites
Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown servicing
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
Provide in office and remote technical support to clients
Maintain service reports, calibration records, and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams and principals for spare parts and technical support
Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely service delivery
Conduct basic operational training for end users

Viscometers
Analytical Balances
Moisture analyzers
Fume hood
Spectrophotometer
Water Bath
Ovens etc.

Required Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Instrumentation,



Mechanical, or related field
210 years of experience in servicing laboratory or industrial equipment
Required Skills
Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills
Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic systems
Positive communication and customer handling skills
Ability to work independently and manage field visits
Willingness to travel frequently

Preferred Skills
Experience with laboratory instrumentation
Knowledge of calibration and validation processes
Exposure to industries like pharmaceuticals, paint & coatings, or research labs
