Role & responsibilities :
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans for battery manufacturing processes.
Monitor incoming, in-process, and final product quality.
Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct process audits and product audits regularly.
Act as the primary point of contact for all customer quality-related concerns.
Manage customer complaints and warranty claims for battery packs, modules, and cells.
Lead complaint investigations and ensure timely closure.
Prepare and submit 8D reports to customers within the agreed timelines.
Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.
Support APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and Control Plan activities.
