Compensation:
Training Stipend: ₹20,000/month (2 months)
Full-Time CTC: ₹4.36 LPA Fixed + Up to ₹4 LPA Variable
Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹6 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with international customers and build solid relationships
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Manage leads and follow-ups through CRM
Achieve sales targets through effective communication
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills
Robust interpersonal and sales skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Comfortable working night shifts
