Monday to Saturday
9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Flexibility to attend client meetings when required.
Sunday: Weekly Off

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing Finance and Accounting Firm. The ideal candidate should have strong business development skills, a solid understanding of tax and financial accounting services, and the ability to generate new business while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Build and maintain solid relationships with individuals, businesses, and corporate clients.
Promote the firm's qualified services.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Develop strategic partnerships and expand the firm's client base.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, taxation,



and regulatory changes relevant to clients.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA is preferred and will be considered an added advantage.
Minimum 1 year experience in business development, preferably in a tax consultancy, accounting firm, financial services, banking, or related industry.
Positive knowledge of taxation, accounting, financial services, or corporate compliance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Robust networking and relationship management abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
