About the Role We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong Telecom Network domain expertise to drive intelligent automation and analytics across network operations. The role focuses on applying AI/ML techniques to improve performance, reliability, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have a blend of AI/ML capabilities, telecom domain understanding, and data engineering exposure.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement AI/ML models for telecom use cases such as network anomaly detection, fault prediction, and traffic forecasting
Work with structured and unstructured network data to identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements




Implement AIOps capabilities for incident prediction, automated alert correlation, and intelligent ticketing
Build and manage data pipelines for ingesting telecom data from multiple sources using big data technologies
Integrate AI models into CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment and monitoring
Collaborate with network operations teams, OSS/NetAct engineers, and DevOps teams to identify use cases and implement solutions
Participate in governance, security, and compliance activities

Requirements
Solid AI/ML capabilities with experience in telecom domain
Experience with OSS platforms, RAN/Core network architecture, and network management systems
Knowledge of big data technologies such as Spark, Kafka, and Hadoop
Experience with containerized settings such as Docker and Kubernetes
Solid data engineering and pipeline development skills
Ability to work with structured and unstructured network data
