Role Overview

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive new business opportunities and contribute directly to agency growth. This role requires someone who understands the agency ecosystem, can identify the right opportunities, and convert them into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Recent Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across brands, startups, and D2C companies
Build and maintain a solid pipeline through outbound efforts, networking, and referrals
Drive end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to closure

Pitching & Conversion
Understand client requirements and translate them into clear, compelling briefs




Collaborate with internal teams to develop pitch decks, proposals, and ideas
Lead client presentations and conversations with confidence and clarity
Negotiate commercials and close deals effectively

Market & Relationship Building
Build strong relationships with brand managers, founders, and marketing teams
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities
Represent the agency in meetings, events, and networking space

Internal Collaboration
Work closely with strategy, creative, influencer, and account teams to shape proposals
Ensure smooth handover of won accounts to servicing teams
Align internal stakeholders on client expectations and deliverables

Requirements
3–6 years of experience in business development/sales within an advertising or digital agency is mandatory
Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals
Solid understanding of digital market
