Key Responsibilities
Deliver specialized nursing care as per department protocols.
Assist doctors during surgeries, procedures, and emergency interventions.
Monitor patients, administer medications, and maintain accurate nursing documentation.
Ensure patient safety, infection control, and adherence to NABH standards.
Operate and maintain department-specific equipment.
Requirements
GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing.
Valid Maharashtra Nursing Council (MNC) registration.
Experience in OT, Cath Lab, ICU, or NICU is mandatory.
Solid clinical knowledge, communication skills, and willingness to work rotational shifts.
