We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with at least 2 years of experience in sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and Inbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads.
Acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other sales channels.
Promote and sell Digital Marketing services and Real Estate products.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
Coordinate with the teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience
in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
Strong experience in calling, lead generation, and client conversion.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Experience in Digital Marketing or Real Estate sales is preferred.
