Description:
Develop, debug, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ rules (BeanShell/Java) for application integrations
Onboard and configure enterprise applications using WebServices, Delimited File, and other IIQ connectors
Integrate SailPoint with third-party systems (Oracle Fusion EPM, BMC Helix, Anaplan, Avature, and others) for automated provisioning and ticketing
Troubleshoot production issues across aggregation, provisioning, and lifecycle management (LCM) workflows
Perform root cause analysis on complex multi-system failures using Splunk logs and code-level tracing
Communicate technical findings to both business stakeholders and engineering teams through transparent RCA documentation
Design and implement error handling, fail-secure mechanisms,
and monitoring improvements for identity workflows
Support REST API integrations and manage end-to-end identity lifecycle operations across cloud and on-prem applications
